We’re happy to post that we’ve successfully opened our newest training location in Center City Philadelphia earlier this month.

Bruce Cooper promoted to Chief Executive Officer; Neall Alcott promoted to President

EXTON, Penn. – Dec. 11, 2009 – Springhouse Education & Consulting Services today announced the promotion of Bruce Cooper to Chief Executive Officer and Neall Alcott to President, effective January 1, 2010.

As CEO, Bruce Cooper will assume the responsibilities of overseeing Operations, Financial and Accounting activities, internal IT functions, the Instructional Design practice, Human Resource issues and overall Administration of the company, including its budget and business plan.

Mr. Cooper began his career at Springhouse in 1996 in IT Support and has held a variety of leadership positions that have impacted the company’s continued growth, most recently as Chief Operating Officer.

In addition, Neall Alcott has been promoted from Vice President of Technical Services to President.  He will assume responsibility for Revenue production from the Project Management, Business Analysis, SharePoint and Training practices, Marketing and Advertising, Partner Relations, new Springhouse offerings, and the budgets that accompany those areas.

Mr. Alcott joined Springhouse in 2000 and led the development of the Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and SharePoint consulting practices, in addition to holding several leadership roles.

“During the last two years, Bruce and Neall have navigated the Company through a very troubled economic environment and have increased gross sales, added staff and technical resources, and have positioned the Company for continued growth,” said Chairman of the Springhouse Board, Rich Collins.  “We have full confidence in the leadership of Bruce and Neall and know they will propel Springhouse to even more success in the coming years.”
